FAQs

1.

Are dogs & baby strollers welcome? Yes, we are K9 friendly to all well mannered, friendly, and leashed dogs.  Strollers are more than welcome. Children pushed in strollers do not need to be registered.

Do you have course maps? Yes, we sure do. Check them out below.

Where is advance packet pick-up? 

 You can pick up your race bib and shirt early at Fleet Feet in Cherry Creek.  Schedule as follows:

  • Friday, March 8th 4PM - 7PM

  • Saturday, March 9th 10AM - 2PM

Parking will be validated, so stick around and shop!  First 15 minutes is free, no validation required.

No need to call the store, they aren't responsible for the details of the event or bib pickup...

~you can pickup even if you've just registered - if that's the case, let us know when you walk up!

~you can pickup for others - as long as they are aware, AND you know their name (you'd be surprised how many of your friends don't know your last name:))

Where is the post-race fun? Be sure to stick around for Denver's ROTG Irish Festival at Washington Park. Enjoy Live Irish Music, Irish Dancers, Food, Beer (21yrs and up), and shenanigans!

Beer Garden ID Requirements: In order to get entry into the beer garden, for those 21 and over, you will need to present your ID at the entrance to the beer garden.  No exceptions.  

*You can have your ID checked and get your wristband event morning near registration, or post race at the beer garden entrance.

I'm interested in volunteering. How can sign-up? We LOVE volunteers and we would love to have your support at this event!  Please email Michelle at info@halsports.net to sign up and/or for more details.

I registered but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund or transfer my registration?  Registration fees for this event are non-refundable.  Proceeds are used to support our charity partner, the Fetal Health Foundation.  We encourage you to participate virtually if you can no longer join us in person on event day.  Share pics on social media and tag us #RunGreen7K. 

Please contact us prior to event weekend if you would like request to transfer your registration to someone else.  To get started, we will need their name and email address.

9.

I selected the wrong t-shirt size, can I exchange it? If you realize this prior to March 1st, we can help you make this correction.  After that, you will likely need to accept the size you ordered with the hope of exchanging on event day AFTER the start of the race, in the post-race expo area.  Size swaps on event day are only available while supplies last, no guarantees as to sizes or quantities available.
